HOW IT WORKS
We accelerate investments in decarbonization projects and major energy-efficient renovations in the commercial, industrial and multi-residential sectors.
1. Initial Screening
Impact Link collaborates with you (client) to assess whether the project aligns with investment criteria.
2. Audit and Project Plan
Technical partners, Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), will conduct an audit to determine the technical and financial feasibility of the project and formulate a project plan.
3. Investment
Projects undergo assessment to ensure they meet Moody's investment-grade credit rating standards. After approval, clients enter into a financing agreement, and the funds are then disbursed.
4. Installation
ESCOs carry out the project implementation and oversee the commissioning of the equipment.
5. Performance Management
ESCOs consistently verify the energy savings generated by the implemented solutions throughout the term of the financing arrangement.
